Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about bringing Sarah Taylor Art into your home.
How are the art prints packaged for shipping?
To ensure your art arrives in pristine condition, all prints are carefully rolled in protective acid-free paper and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes. Smaller prints may be shipped flat in rigid mailers with reinforced backing.
What is your return policy for original paintings?
We want you to love your new piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return original artwork within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned in its original condition.
Do you offer custom framing services?
Currently, we offer a selection of premium wood frames for specific print sizes. If a framing option is available for your chosen piece, it will appear as a drop-down menu on the product page. Otherwise, prints arrive unframed to allow you to match your own home decor.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.
Are the materials used archival quality?
Yes, all limited edition prints are produced using Giclée printing processes on 100% cotton rag, acid-free archival paper. This ensures your artwork remains vibrant and resists fading for decades.
Can I request a commission for a custom piece?
Sarah accepts a limited number of commissions each year. Please use our contact form to inquire about current availability, pricing, and the creative process for custom home installations.
