At Sarah Taylor Art, we want you to be completely enamored with your new home decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible artwork.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to ensure it arrives back in gallery condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned piece, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement art within 3-5 business days.
