You wouldn’t know it from looking at him, but Sidney is one of the best chocolatiers in the world. He has been creating some of the most exquisite pralines you would ever taste, and I keep trying to encourage him to start his own business. Sidney is having none of it though, he’s buried them all for winter, and isn’t up for sharing with anyone but his best friend Cynthia. She’s a very lucky girl I don’t mind telling you!
